Ghost The Musical is currently on tour and if you’re a fan of the film then you’ll LOVE the stage show!

Sam and Molly are very much in love and incredibly excited about their future together but walking back to their apartment late one night, a tragic encounter sees Sam murdered in an apparent robbery and his beloved girlfriend Molly is left alone and heartbroken.

Sam is now between this world and the next and as he watches on he learns that his murder was actually planned and begs a bogus psychic, Ode Mae Brown, to help him warn Molly of the dangers ahead.

The cast are all brilliant with choreographed dancers and incredible voices all round.  The set is cleverly used to portray different scenes from Sam and Molly’s Brooklyn apartment to the subway station where a mean ghost haunts the trains.

The producers have done a great job of bringing the real world and spirit world together with special effects.  The brilliant score is beautiful to listen to, including ‘Unchained Melody’ which everyone knows.

Ghost The Musical is an updated and thoroughly enjoyable take on the classic film which entertains from start to finish.  We had such a great night and if you’re a crier like me then I recommend taking tissues for the final scene.

Ghost The Musical is in Bournemouth from now until Saturday 14th September 2024 with both evening and matinee performances.  For more information and tickets, please visit the Bournemouth Pavilion Theatre.
